לפי לחובר: ההוצאה הראשונה במספר של מאה אכסמפלרים נדפסה בלונדון בשנת תקכ"ח, בשנת תק"ן יצאו לאור בברלין בהוצאה גרועה ומשובשה בשם "קול שחל", ע"י יצחק סטנוב, וההוצאה האחרונה ע"פ דפוס לונדון, בהוספת שיר אחד... בוינה תקצ"ט.

שם ההוצאה ע"פ וינוגרד: ריצרדסון-קלרק.

שנת ההוצאה: קלוזנר מוסר תקכ"ח (1768), אך מציין כי פרידברג בבית עקד ספרים מוסר "לונדון תקכ"ו". אך קלוזנר מוסיף: ישנה השערה כי מהדורת 1768 היא השניה, וכי הראשונה היתה ב- 1766 (עמ' 296- 297).
