הטקסט עוסק בהפרדות של קהילת המבורג-אלטונה, בשל שינויים מדיניים-פוליטיים. שליט המבורג זוכה לברכות:
"והנה אדוננו מלכנו הצדקי הטיב עמכם אנשי האמבורג, מאוד מאוד, לכן משועבדים אלתם גם עתה לתת לו תודה, אף בסור ממשלתו מכם..." (עמ' טז').
